1. Home Health Aide:

Description
The Home Health Aide is responsible for: - providing personal care services to the patients - assisting the Director of Home Health, RN's, and therapists in completing tasks that support patient care activities - provides patient care under the supervision of the RN and therapist staff.

Qualification:
License or Certification: - CPR certification - C.N.A as required by state; preferred in others - Current driver's license required and access to reliable auto for home visits is required. Education, Training and Years of Experience: - HS graduate or GED - Previous home health experience preferred - Must possess and be able to demonstrate skills relative to the care of adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Machines, Equipment Used: - General office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computer. Physical Requirements: - Good visual acuity and ability to communicate. - Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds and ability to push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds, which includes the lifting, pushing and or pulling of medical supplies and equipment and the transferring and repositioning of patients. Compliance: - Adheres to the company's Standards of Business Conduct. - Maintains current licensure and/or certifications, if applicable. Skills and Abilities: - Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively. - Ability to coordinate, analyze, observe, make decisions, and meet deadlines in a detail-oriented manner. - Ability to work independently without supervision. 2. Registered Nurse(RN) Home Health Care:

Description
Primary functions are to administer skilled nursing care for clients of all ages in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family and referring agency; assumes the responsibility for coordination of care.

Qualification:
License or Certification - Current Texas State license as a Registered Nurse - CPR certification - as required by state; preferred in others - Current driver's license required and access to reliable auto for home visits is required. Education - Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing - Experience - Two year experience as a registered Nurse in a clinical care setting or home health preferred - Must possess and be able to demonstrate skills relative to the care of adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. 3. Licensed Vocational Nurse Home Health Care:

Description
Working in the home environment you are responsible for the delivery of quality patient care according to the patient's individual physician orders. Your care may involve assessments, medication administration, administering prescribed treatments and therapies, care planning, communication with other members of the patients' multi-disciplinary team, supply management, emergency management, coordination of care, health promotion and teaching and training family members.

Qualification:
License or Certification - Current Texas State license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - CPR certification - as required by state; preferred in others - Current driver's license required and access to reliable auto for home visits is required. Description
Developing business & generating home care referrals with physicians, discharge / admissions, social workers and other related health care providers. Coordinate care services & act as liaison between clients & agency staff.Excellent public relations skills, with ability to market effectively with customers & referral sources. Establish referral relationships in North Dallas. Home Health experience and knowledge of Medicare guidelines will have a huge advantage.

Qualification:

Education: Must have at least HS graduate or GED, Undergraduate degree preferred.

Experience: 0-2 Years of professional referral marketing experience in the health care industry. Must be able to understand and effectively communicate medical terminology to physicians and office staff.
